The original long life garden labels. Made in the UK

Created by Douglas Lowndes in the 1960s as the first truly long life plant label, they have stood the test of time.

Uniquely, the labels are written on by using a scriber to scratch into the black surface rather than a pen so they don't fade or rub off, they are water resistant and very long lasting.

The labels remain one of the best and longest lasting garden labels – essential kit for gardeners everywhere.

MacPennys Garden Labels can be seen in gardens around the country such as Highgrove, Borde Hill and Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens, and the National Trust gardens at Kingston Lacy and Trelissick.
